Cultural Awareness and Intercultural dialogue: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Perspectives

By participating in cultural awareness and intercultural dialogue training, you are demonstrating a commitment to increasing your understanding of the relational history of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Cultural awareness supports organisational capability. We work with you to incorporate your expertise and knowledge to champion cultural capability learning in the workplace.

Workshops are designed to help you develop cultural awareness to build positive and respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Our workshops are based in cultural safety and addressing unconscious bias.

Participants will identify their respective biases and values, reflect on their own culture, and gain a unique understanding of diverse Indigenous cultures and perspectives. Organisations will learn techniques for interrupting bias and implementation of removal of bias in the workplace. We work with you to incorporate your expertise and knowledge to champion cultural capability learning in the workplace.

Workshop structure formats can be designed according to customers needs. Training incorporates best practice adult learning through half day or full day workshops.
